Tournament formula

Each team will play 3 games on Saturday, 4 on Sunday and 2 on Monday.
Games of 50 minutes per team in every division.

Open division 1 : very competitive, 20 teams

Round 1 : 4 groups of 5 teams each, 4 games per team
Round 2, top 16 : 2 groups of 4 with the top 2 teams of each group from round 1, 2 groups of 4 with the bottom 2 teams, 2 games per team
Round 2, bottom 4 : 1 group of 4 with the last team of each group from round 1, 3 games per team
Round 3 : Quarters, Semis, Finals

Open division 2 : less competitive, 16 teams

Round 1 : 4 groups of 4 teams each, 3 games per team
Round 2 : 2 groups of 4 with the top 2 teams of each group from round 1, and 2 groups of 4 with the bottom 2 teams, 3 games per team
Round 3 : Quarters, Semis, Finals

Ladies division : 16 teams

Playersfee

Playersfee is €43 per player.

Guestfee is €15 per person. As a guest you’ll get everything a player gets, except the playersgift and the joy to play.

No extra teamfee to be paid.

Lodging

If you want to sleep at the gym-on-site or at the camp-on-site then you have to make your reservation through us. For every other option you have to make your own reservations and take care of the payment at the hotels !

Gym-on-site

Gym located on-site, 100 meters from field 1.
€6 per person per night. 150 spots available.
Bring your own sleeping bag and something to sleep on.

The gym is only available for teams coming to Brugge by airplane !

Camp-on-site

Bring your own tent and set it up on 1 of the fields on-site.
€6 per person per night. 250 spots available.
No cars allowed on the field ! No fires, no bbq, no glass ...
No electricity nearby. You can use the showers and toilets in the dressing rooms on the fields.
Bring your own tent, sleeping bag and something to sleep on.

Festihut-on-site

No need for a tent : you sleep in a bed in a hut on the fields.
Available for 4 persons. €270 per hut for the 3 nights. www
No electricity nearby. You can use the showers and toilets in the dressing rooms on the fields.
Bring your own sleeping bag.

Of course you don’t have to book anything through us. You can make your own reservations if you like.

Dinner

We’ll offer you a superb barbecue at the tent for €14 per person on Saturday April 28th.
Vegi dinner available at the same price, but only if you order it in advance !

All teams can come to the fields on Friday-night for the welcome party.

Fields

The fields are named "Schuttershof" or "Gulden Kamer" in the "Boogschutterslaan" and are situated in "Sint-Kruis", the north-east part of Brugge.

Location of Tom’s Tourney since 2002. We will play on 11 full-size ultimate fields.

How to get there :

If you come by car, then no doubt you’ll have a gps-system to guide you.

If you come by train then get off at the main railway station of Bruges. Then you’ll have 2 possibilities :

take a taxi and give him the address
take a bus : you have 4 choices, numbers 6, 10, 11 or 16. Get off at "Sint-Kruis church" and walk approx. 300m to the fields, just follow the signs
